These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Admin Report Generator ("the app", "service"), a Google Workspace analytics and reporting tool. By signing in with Google and using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the Google API Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy as they apply to our use of Google APIs.

1. Description of the Service

Admin Report Generator allows Google Workspace administrators to generate reports about their domain's usage and security (e.g. user activity, Gmail metrics, Drive storage, security events). Reports are created using data from Google APIs (including Admin SDK and, where applicable, BigQuery) and are saved as a Google Sheet in your My Drive (folder "Damson Cloud/Admin report"). If you opt in, a report summary can be sent by email. We do not save report files to our own systems or to any Shared Drive.

2. Eligibility and Authorization

You must be a Google Workspace administrator (or have equivalent authority) for the domain on which you run reports. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with your organization's policies and with applicable law. By using the app, you represent that you have the right to authorize the app to access the Google data used for the reports.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Google's policies. You must not:

• Use the app to access, store, or process data in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent security, access controls, or rate limits.
• Use the app to generate reports for domains you are not authorized to administer.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app or report outputs in a manner that violates these Terms or Google's policies.

4. Use of Google User Data

Our use of data obtained through Google APIs is limited as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with Google's Limited Use requirements. We use such data only to provide and improve the app's reporting features. We do not use Google user data for advertising or transfer it to third parties for their advertising or similar purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and our branding remain the property of the provider (e.g. Damson Cloud or the entity operating the service). You do not receive any ownership rights in the app. Report outputs generated for you are your data; we do not claim ownership of the content of your reports.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Admin Report Generator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or perfect accuracy of every report or metric.

Where legally allowed, we do not provide additional warranties beyond what is stated in these Terms. This includes implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Report outputs and recommendations are intended for general informational use only. They are not legal, compliance, or professional security advice, and they are not a guarantee that all risks or vulnerabilities will be identified or prevented. You are solely responsible for reviewing the results and for the security and compliance of your Google Workspace environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, suppliers, and licensors) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claims related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or, if no fee was paid, zero.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and revoke access via your Google Account permissions. We may suspend or discontinue the app or your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law or by Google's policies.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we make material changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
